After the Conservative Group amendment at Budget Council 2019 was agreed to increase environmental protection fines to their maximum allowable raising an estimated extra £40,000 per annum for graffiti removal, please may I ask what these funds have been used for and how many additional pieces of graffiti have been removed?
Including the percentage increase in removal of pieces graffiti under the old budget compared to this new budget.
